Chris Taylor, CPE
Chief Mechanical Estimator
Chris is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP), and graduate of Virginia Polytech University. He has over 30 years of HVAC & Plumbing estimating experience. Chris is responsible for all cost estimating related to mechanical, plumbing and fire protection work. This includes quantity take-offs of material & labor, and contact with equipment vendors for pricing. He continues to provide immeasurable input for Value Engineering during early design phases. Chris’s experience includes projects ranging from $100k to $500M, with extensive experience in life sciences; process work, pharma and large hospital renovations.
Daniel Gomes
Chief Electrical Estimator
Dan is a seasoned Electrical Manager with 30 years of experience, delivering accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. An expert in analyzing proposed electrical work, preparing detailed takeoffs, and leveraging current market data to develop reliable budget estimates. Known for his strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage systems, and providing value-engineering insight. Daniel is a respected team player, recognized for unparalleled field experience and technical proficiency that goes into every estimate..
David L. Gehringer, LEED® AP
Principal
Mr. Gehringer has over 30 years of commercial preconstruction and scheduling experience. He is a member of American Society of Professional Estimators, Delaware Valley Green Building Council and CERT USA. Throughout his career, he has worked for some of the largest construction management firms in the United States and has led estimating teams to develop estimates for complex projects, some in excess of $100M.
David F. McClafferty, LEED® AP
Senior Preconstruction Manager
Mr. McClafferty is a seasoned construction estimator with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. Proven ability to evaluate project documents, understand construction methods, and develop accurate cost estimates for both small and large projects. Excels at collaborating with clients, design firms and contractors to ensure estimates are completed accurately and on time.
David oversees the preparation of all estimates, coordinating the efforts of Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural estimators to ensure that all disciplines are captured.
